Storage Information:
- Store unused HUMALOG Pens in the refrigerator at 2°C to 8°C.
- In-use pen can be stored out of the refrigerator below 30°C.
- Do not freeze HUMALOG – HUMALOG must not be used if it has been frozen.
- Unused HUMALOG Pens may be used until the expiration date printed on the Label, if kept in the refrigerator.
- The HUMALOG Pen currently in use should be thrown away after 28 days, even if it still has insulin left in it.
- Keep HUMALOG away from heat and out of the light
