Error Codes:
- E-1 – problem with meter – contact Customer Service
- E-2 – meter or test strip problem – retest with a new strip. If error message occurs again, contact Customer Service
- E-3 – blood or control added to strip before meter is ready – retest with a new strip
- E-4 – may be a problem with the test strip (damaged or temperature out of range) or there may be a problem with the meter or the sample was incorrectly applied – do not perform test until the meter and test strips reach a temperature range of 10-44 Degrees and then retest with a new strip
- E-5 – the meter has detected a problem with the test strip – retest with another strip
- E-7 – you may have a very low Blood Glucose Level (Severe Hypoglycaemia lower than 1.1mmol/L) – customer should seek urgent medical advice
- E-8 – you may have a very high Blood Glucose Level (Severe Hyperglycaemia above 33.3mmol/L) – customer should seek urgent medical advice
- E-9 the meter has detected that the temperature is above or below system operating range. Do not perform test until the meter and test strips reach a temperature range of 10-44 Degrees.
