Error Codes:
- E-1 – temperature error (too hot/cold)
- E-2 – sample not detected or using the wrong test strip
- E-3 – used strip or test strip has been outside the vial for too long
- E-4 – meter error (have customer call Customer Assistance for help)
- E-5 – test strip error (retest with a new strip)
- E-6 – strip was removed during the test
- E-8 – memory error (result was not recorded in memory)
- E-9 – communications error (have the customer contact Nipro Customer Service)
- Battery Icon – low or dead battery
- HI/LO Icon – out of range (customer should retest immediately with a new strip. If still Hi/Lo they should seek medical assistance immediately)
